Ground Force is a third party logistics company located in New Jersey serving the needs of hundreds of clients worldwide in their freight transportation needs. With a wealth of industry knowledge and experience, they continue to grow their business and expand their service lines.
Ground Force was in need of reliable and available support for their IT infrastructure, help desk as well as their voice over IP phone system. They needed a partner to continue their growth and expansion into other service areas as well as help facilitate their office relocations.
Spire IT initially provided them with new hardware solutions to manage their growing database of clients as well as assist in manage in their third party brokerage software. In addition, they needed a reliable voice over IP solution that would allow for expansion and growth as well as allow them to scale up quickly in other locations. Spire IT designed and installed their network, voice over IP phone system as well as their e-mail migration to Microsoft Office 365. In addition, Spire IT manages their offsite backup and disaster recovery to ensure that their business continuity in the event of a disaster.
